These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Transmotion, Inc. website and our delivery, installation, assembly, and relocation services. By booking a service or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Transmotion provides last-mile delivery, professional installation and assembly, and relocation services for fitness equipment, appliances, furniture, and related products. Service availability depends on your location and the product involved.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and a clear, safe path to the installation area. An adult (18+) must be present to grant access, confirm placement, and sign off on completion. Missed appointments may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if conditions differ on site (for example, access constraints or additional items). Payment is due as stated at booking. Applicable taxes and fees may apply.
For "ship to us" orders, we inspect and document the condition of items on arrival at our warehouse. We are not responsible for defects or damage that occurred before items reach us, but we will document and report them to you.
We install and assemble to manufacturer specifications. Our workmanship is warranted as described at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on the products themselves are provided by the manufacturer, not Transmotion.
You may reschedule or cancel by contacting us in advance. Cancellations made with insufficient notice, or after a crew has been dispatched, may incur a fee.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transmotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
When haul-away is requested, we remove and responsibly recycle or dispose of old units and packaging where local regulations allow.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
